Another victim of 'Level data missing or invalid'

I know there are many threads about this already, and I have read through them and tried some stuff with the MPQ editor, not sure if I did it right but the listfile and attributes it generated for this map file were nearly empty. I was able to find a test version, though I hadn't tested it in ages since rather than using the 'test map' button, I've just been opening it in Warcraft 3, because testing it and then going back to the editor makes the imports go blank until you close and reopen it and I wanted to avoid that annoyance. Shows me. I also tried a safe mode scan and it didn't even say there were any corrupt files on the disk. (I'm using windows 10) So I'm pretty sure it's fucked and I'll have to start from my previous version but I figured I'd post this here as a hail mary in case someone wants to try and work some magic.
