Animation Transition and Bone Glitch

Hello guys, i have 2 models with little issues:
1.The Nightelf Demonhunter from wow has some weird bug with her attack animations (somebody told me the Transition is too fast).
I linked the files from here cuz a picture itself doesnt realy shows it.


2.A dwarf monk from wow is fine, escept sometimes when the stand animation is played ingame (in model editor its fine) a straight line will appear from the model, as seen in the picture.

1. You could slow down the animation with Matrix Eater.

2. That means there are vertices on your model that aren't attached to a valid bone and are very likely trying to attach themselves to the same bone in the UI somewhere. It's a fairly common conversion issue.
