animation transfer

I downloaded oinkerwinkles animation transer but When I`m trying to use it,it says
compnent:comdlg32.ocx or one of its dependencies not correctly registered:a file is missing or invalid¨
what should I do?
I Have vista

just follow the XP instructions, it does not matter if it's vista.
