Animation Transfer Problem

Hey man that tool doesnt work at me (i have windows vista), get that error with that dll file or a file is missing or invalid, and i COPYED that file after i dld from the interent and put in the c-winodw-system and stil doenst work, WHY?
I have a laptop with windows xp on it and didnt worked on it to same erorr cant fix it.
 
Well an option will be to try to make some animations myslef in 3ds max lol.

Ive imported a villager model in 3ds max 6 but he has no pre made animations bones or texture.

How do u set a skin to a mesh in 3ds max 6 to work in the game?, i export the model with neodex.
The villager has no texture so even if i could do some decent animations i cant use the model because it has the skin not set good.
Ive dld a villager skin from this site and puted it on the villager mesh in 3ds max 6 and it is fine but in war3 is not.

Now the Animation Transfer Program works but i can ony replace a model animations with another model anims.

If i transfer 1 animation is ok, but when i try to add another new animation it just replaced the first animation that i added, WHY?
