Anim transfer

hi people

i get some weaponless model, now i need to put "40 anim villager" animations to the weaponless model....

but, when i do it, and import, i get ingame crashes...

i need to a rights anims transfers.
like misha do for http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/models-530/rpg_tauren-184382


how can i do it? its there other anim transfer tool?
