Alternative Spell Window: Help If you have The Time and knowlage.

Ok Im pritty much a newbie to the editor, and i have been working on a big project pritty much solo, and i have been doing well so far. I just cant figure out how to do this.

Problem:
How do i: Add More spells than this x.x



I mean, I want another window in which i can go to and come back from.

example like say you have a hero and you just leveled up, well to give him the upgrade you click on the level button. well my idea is something like that but whe you click on that you get more spells and abilities.


I think the picture might be pointless but, please dont flame me for being a nubby x.x srry for waisting your time if u cannot help me
