Hello
Recently, the project I have been working on in English was played by someone in Spanish, and they experienced difficulties of seeing anything that was written in the game. The project uses a custom font, and so it decided to not display any characters. However, I have found that since attempting to remove the custom font, any custom text (that is to say, text I have edited and isn't the default of the game) refuses to appear. Default text (such as Peasant or Barracks) translates, while everything else refuses to display.
For comparison, I have attempted viewing another custom map in Spanish for their English characters to come up as desired, the only instances of translation occuring when the text was unedited (in this case, the Altar's tooltip description for an altered melee custom faction).
So what I want to know is how do I get my map to stop trying to translate? Or, rather, how do I get it to actually display what the hell I wrote, when other maps are able to do that just natively? It has been incredibly frustrating and I cannot figure out the reason for it since even when I remove the custom font and use the ingame font, the issues still persist - even the map name doesn't come up properly in Spanish, instead displaying "Jugador 1" (Player 1) and failing to provide any description at all. I think it has something to do with the possibility that the glyphs used when I type are different to the glyphs used in other languages, but I experience the exact same complications when saving the map while runnign the World Editor in Spanish and yet I am able to see the glyphs from anything translated into Spanish. So I have no idea what is going on with that.
