Allow local files to change audio files

Hello, I'd like to know if "Allow local files" still works. I'd like to replace the current audio files.
The French version has been replaced in Reforged and it's garbage.
I saw this thread but I can't manage to make it work Allow local files with Reforged
I changed the regedit value but I don't know where I am supposed to put my "Sound/Units" folder.

Found it, I placed the "Units" folder at "Warcraft III\retail\"
