All my tooltips disappeared in my map including move and hover text disaster

I was customizing spells and their tooltips and all of a sudden the next map test I did I no longer see All my tooltips disappeared in my map while testing, including move tooltip, and unit hovering text.

Then I couldn't save my map or test it so I had to rename it, Now I can test again but there are sill no tooltips anymore, or hover text over units what-so-ever.

All previous versions of map have also been altered in this way..

Please help, I have invested many hours and bliss in making this map.

I fixed it! It was caused by enabling user control, and clicking through a cinematic filter.
