The empty spaces make it look awkward in my opinion, perhaps you could fill them up with something?

Aim for Blood
An icon Ive made for a game, it never got used, hope you find it useful, give credits if used. Tell me if you use them, I like opinions and comments too.

My main concern is that how the main figure does not fill the space in a good way, but sulking on the bottom right.
You could try to reposition it so the arrowhead is nearer to the corner, just like how you did in your other icons.
It may be a minor issue but I think it do make a difference.
