Advanced spell help (Placements and shootout)

I'm about to give another shot at MUI,and after having a big break of Warcraft 3 without so much stress going on and my internet back, I feel refreshed and ready to learn.

I was wondering how you would make a spell with, lets say the current image i have in my head, 20+ lightning orbs surround the user in a circle for 2 seconds then shoot out toward opposite directions of the caster.


How would i set it up so that all the orbs always spawn in the right place?

Use a loop, For loop integer A

set point = position of unit
set real = 0 // can be any value, like random angle between 0 and 360
loop integer A from 0 to 19
--set point 2 = point 1 offset by x towards real degrees
--create ball at point 2
--set real = real + 360/19*integer A
