Adding Picture in Map Screen

Hello everyone.
Today another problem came out(as always). I can't find a way to add a picture on my map. Not a screenshot in the map description or in the loading screen but in the map preview screen. For instance: This map: http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/maps-564/assault-dark-portal-v1-2b-222206/?prev=r=20&page=2
by BlackKnightTGS as a "screen" it has a dark portal with fires,rocks e.t.c.

Can anyone show me how I can also do this on my map??

Short, easy tutorial.
Note: instead of ULEAD, I would recommend Paint.net. Brilliant easy-to-use program for some quick image editing.
