Resource System Add "grid view" to resource listings (particularly useful for icons section)

Add a grid view for resource listings to more densely display resources. This would be very useful for the icons section.

This is a good idea. Icons currently take up as much space per page on the list as Maps and Spells do, which tend to need much more than a simple picture to showcase their utility.
