Resource System Add "Copy to Clipboard" option for [code] tags

When copying code from the Resources/Code sections, it can be tedious to scroll down a (potentially very long) script wrapped in [ code ] tags while highlighting just that text. My proposal is to add a "Copy to clipboard" button, similar to what I did with vJass2Lua. This would allow quicker sharing/exporting of code files.
