Add buffs

Now, this may be a stupid question, but I couldn't find the search button, and what I did look through, I couldn't find, so...

I know there is a Unit>Remove buff, but if there any type of Add buff option? I looked and could not find, I'm hoping that maybe there's a tool for the Wc3 Editor that adds that in. If so where can I find it?

If neither exists, then thank you for telling me.

I mean debuffs, is there a way to do debuffs?

Like say I want to add the debuff Cripple to a unit, but I don't want to make a dummy unit for it, is that possible?

And how can I use Bloodlust, what action is that?

It's a spell, he is saying go to whatever spell you're using and change the buff to what you want it to be, and when you cast that spell on something it will gain that buff.

Ack, nobody gets it, this is what I'm looking for:

Event:
A <unit> begins casting a spell.
Condition:
Ability being cast equal to <dummy spell>
Actions:
Unit Group> Pick every unit within 500 range of the Position of Triggering Unit and matching unit is controlled by an enemy of owner of triggering unit and do Unit> Add Buff/Debuff Cripple to picked unit.

That, instead of
Event:
A <unit> begins casting a spell.
Condition:
Ability being cast equal to <dummy spell>
Actions:
Unit Group> Pick every unit within 500 range of the Position of Triggering Unit and matching unit is controlled by an enemy of owner of triggering unit and do actions
+Loop Actions
Unit> Create 1 <dummy unit> at position of picked unit facing picked unit
Unit> Order last created unit to cast ability <Race - Spell> on picked unit
Unit group> Pick every unit in last created unit group and do Unit> Create expiration timer of .5 seconds for picked unit

See the difference?
