Activate hp reg for the night

My hero reg hp only during daytime and I would like to have an upgrade which allows the hero to reg at night aswell. does this exist? I couldnt find one or maybe there is a workaround for this?

I don't think you can change regeneration type with upgrades. You could do it like berserker upgrade, changing the unit type. I think it should work, but I did never test it with heroes.
The alternative would be to trigger the regeneration all by yourself.

hm ye I think I am just going to write a trigger which regenerates the hp at night.
