Accidentally erased the World Editor... where to get a new one?

I acciendently Erased my world editor, where do I get a new one?

Reinstall the game.

I can't reinstall, the disc is Heavily scratched, it stops on 99% of installing.

You erased, how? If you deleted the shortcup you can access it through the main folder.
C:/Wherever you installed the game/Warcraft III/World Editor.exe

Never mind I backed it up.

I wonder how you go abouts erasing your editor accidentally and then not realizing you backed your game up.
