No, nobody will just make an entire project for you on a whim.
You can begin the process of making a map yourself and then get help with every step along the way by asking questions here! There are many knowledgeable people who would like to answer your questions but will refuse to simply do things for you. This specific subforum you've posted in is for things like model requests, simple spells, and the like... but not "hey here's a one sentence description of a mashup that sounds cool without any other information, could you make this map for me?"
99% of the fun of Warcraft (for me) is making things. Try it; we're here to help you make things.
