Is it necessary to change the path of an icon when importing it? why? I have imported many icons without changing the path and they work perfectly.

About importing icons

Most of the time, the path is to match the BTN to the DISBTN (or the PAS to DISPAS and so on...). So yes, its pretty necessary to change the paths. Why your icons work without having to it pretty strange indeed.
