Changing the plain green error icon

Short question:
If you use a broken path for an icon or incorrectly imported a DISBTN, it shows a simple green "icon".
Is there any way of changing that icon, for example to plain black?

as far as I know it's impossible, though I found the exact same texture as UI\Feedback\Radius1\Radius1.blp
