About deleted models.

It is allowed to use a deleted (possible) model? I use a lumbermill model in my campaign. Because, I am filled with interests about various things, I searched the lumbermill word in the models section and I do not saw that lumbermill. However, that model readme file was lost, so I not remember who made that lumbermill model.
