Game is nice. Good idea about runes that give temporary skills only they should spawn more often. You could include more runes.
Ideas for other runes:
Rune of Blood thirst-Life steal
Rune of Agility-Attack speed increase
Rune of Stone-Hardened skin

Not shore but lvl 1 villager could be weacker
