I created an abil with 3 level and set it's cast time value (the one you can manipulate, f.e you can lock hero whet cast time is on, not allowing to cancel it) as 4/3/2 secs. But it seems clear to me that on every level cast time still remains at 4 seconds. Is it blizzard object editor bug?
If so, should I be able to make it myself, pausing unit and giving him the proper animation until "trigger cast time" is over?
