Hello, I have a weird irritating problem now that I have Windows 7. When I'm installing certain programs which require a reboot before the installation, I reboot it and then try to install the program again, but it again asks me to reboot. He didn't "remember" that I already rebooted it.

How do I fix this?

Wow, it worked. Tnx :)

But I uninstalled it afterwards, because I realized that another freeware software has the same possibilities (and because you said that it destroyed one of your PCs).

I have to get used to that whole "run as administrator" thing, I always forget about that.

Just felt like noting that certain programs require multiple reboots in order to install, just 'cause it installs in waves, needing to create/alter/use system files in order to proceed with the installation, which will require to access new system files. Though yeah, administrator privileges is needed almost for everything.. Should be easier to make everything you run yourself as administrator, rather than having to right-click, and sometimes even go through advanced properties - Ubuntu (Linux) "sudo" ftw? ;)
