[Spell] A spell

So here's a spell i want to do,

I have a unit called conscripts in my map, they have a ability, passive, the spell is "United We Stand".

Whenever there's 5 conscripts are together, a aura will appear at their feets, and also giving them bonus armor and attack but when ever they got away from each other, like 1 guy got to go another place and got dispatched and the aura ability will fall apart., is it possible to do a spell like that? Becuase i want to, Pls any help?

every 0.5 sec game time group up all the units of that type (conscripts)

check if there are at least 4 more of them in range

if so give him the aura
