A Question To Windows Movie Maker

i took some YoshiTV videos and was going to turn them into a youtube poop. but i soon realize that i cant get to just remove 1 part. i just want to remove the video. i want to keep the like 3 second audio of "Mashed Potataes" what koopa says. how do i make it just remove the video without the audio being removed . is there any orginal windows programs that do that? please help me with this.
