A question about the Rules

Hi at all, who read this!
I will make it quick:
I want to make Icons, but in the rules about picturing is written about
50% handmaked and such things...
and I've a Pc-Game with good Icons, so I have only to put this icons in the frames from the wc3-icons.
But this wouldn't be handmaked.

So that's my question:
Is it allowed, if I take just an Icon from another Game, frame it for
wc3 and post it to Hive?
