Question about morality

hi i have a little question i do this icon you can say but if i upload it it will be rejecte because the helmet is cnp from war3? sorry for this stupid question but i need to know that

Well the face looks good, and with that kind of art skills you should be able to make a helmet on your own?

Well that's because i'm not got skinning and drawing armour i'm good doing monsters creepy creatures etc but i suck in armour -.-"
