Baron Rivendare (skinning)

Hi there, skinners! I have created a Skin of Baron Rivendare (from WoW) and uploaded it to the Hive, but it was Rejected until changed... I'm not so expirienced Skinner, so i need advices... Say me what's Wrong about this Skin, so i can update it and the skin to be approved.
The Sword is CnP, because i just can't do it, i tried 10 times, but it was terrible.

You need to do an overall darkening of the skin towards blueish-gray (mostly the armor), adjust the color of the horse skeleton, the mane, the tail and of course finish the shield. I hope the Hive will approve the skin despite the cnp'ed sword, it has potential.
