A question about autocast icon

Hi, I am a newbie,this is my first time to see this site and I like it very much!
In fact, I am not a map editor but just wanna search some autocasting animate icons to help my website,and I can find no one in Google.com's search.Fortunately,it brings me here!I wish you could help me.

1.How can I load your .bl files into my warcraft mapeditor?
2.Or somebody can offer me a autocasting gif animate tamplate(like a spell is toggled on,with a shining edge turning around. Great thanks!)

Finally,my mother tongue is not English, I wish my writing doesn't puzzle you.

answer to 1). at the main editor...um...windowy thing... click the 'import manager' button. then at that window click import an import your files into the map.
2) what do you mean?

Thank you! I have loaded .blp successfully, but how can I view them or use those icons?

About question 2:
You must know the autocast spell.The Human Priest for example has Healing as an Autocast Spell.As right-click on the spell icon and the borders of the spell will highlight and become a turning shining circle.I wanna a .gif file of this kind.So that the .gif image will looks cool.

Could anyone offer me a .gif file like this or give me a set template to help me to make such image file.

Go to the spell/upgrade/icon you want and change the path to your imported icon.

The glowing thing around the edges does it automatically if it is an auto cast spell, its not the icon that does. It can be any icon and as long as it is an autocast spell it will do the glow.

Check the tools section for programs to extract/convert the icons too.

From what I have seen there is no such animated icon available... as Tiki says, the effect is generated by the game engine.
