A forgotten rule that still exists

Ohai!

The quest log rule isn't formatted correctly, which makes it easier for people to miss while skimming the rules.

What do you guys feel about this? Disband the rule, just make it a recommendation, or not recommend it all?

I see nothing wrong with it. It clearly states that the quest log should contain all essential info about gameplay. If users skim the rules and miss the one of the quest log, it's their problem. It should be recommended to follow that rule in my opinion.
