Night elves for example mutate when in deep corruption but all elves show what kind of magic they use in their eyes(golden - druid, green - fel, blue - arcane e.t.c)

yeah, and blizzard even says it in world of warcraft. The elves deny it though.

also, a tol'vir is a stone-like cat race. i dont see how that becomes a night elf

No, I think you're all wrong. You see, Night Elves, Trolls and everyone evolved from Oozes. Yeah, Oozes were the first creatures that were "created"... Gods used Azeroth as their own toilet and that's where they were shitting. Once the planet got over-filled with their shit, they had to find another planet. That's how Oozes got created on Azeroth. Later the Oozes terraformed the planet, they created water and trees, animals and later they evolved into "smart beings", like humans, gnomes, tauren, trolls etc. The unevolved Oozes that you can see in WoW right now are those Oozes which were shat by the lesser Gods.
Gods used to call Azeroth, "Ass will rot" - which would mean: if you don't take your regular shit once every day or two, your stomach will hurt and you might die.

EDIT: This Ooze theory also explains the randomness of Azeroth's geological areas (cold and snowy Dun Morogh is right next to hot and burning Searing Gorge and Burning Steppes).

Wouldn't it make more sense if Trolls and Night Elves both evolved from some common being? It could have been troll-like but elves don't evolve from trolls. (That common being is not an ooze ^^)

it's not like there isn't a resemblance between trolls and elves, check yourself

they both practice very similiar arts (mounted warriors, archery, nature based magic)

imo trolls look more like night elves than broken look like draenei. if draenei can mutate into lost ones and broken, then trolls can surely evolve into night elves from the well of eternity, which is pretty much the greatest source of arcane magic, especially considering the burning legion hasn't found anything else on all of the other worlds they've conquered.. otherwise they wouldn't be so interested in it
