[Spell] 5 point impale spell

You can use dummy units to cast the actual impale, while the hero cast a dummy ability as activation point.
After that, you can create a trigger that loop from 1 to 5 and use point with polar offset when targeting the points.
EDIT:
Shockwave/Carrion Swarm System v1.1 might also help. This particular spell Purification Bomb v1.1.3x might also suit your need to a degree (it lacks the stun and the floating aspects of impale)
