3rd person/keyboard controls

Im making an RPG, and i need a tutorial or something on how to make a third person camera behind your hero and have him controled by the keyboard arrows.

EDIT: Ok, i found that Azeroth Grand Prix has very good movement controls, But... i dont a thing about jass, could someone give me some instructions on how to implement it? and change parts such as speed and that kinda crap.

look at the spell section there is a map called "hellicopter" it use the 3rd persoon and arrow key system its unprotected..look at the triggers copy it in your map and test it
