3dsmax5 Note Track Problem ... Please Help!

i created several models in gmax and now i got 3dsmax5 with art tools...i read the tutorial and lots of things still there is a little problem its bugging me past few days...
i made animation for bones but now i got to add Note Track so war3 can recognize sequences...
i add Note Track (Notes) now next step is add keys so i can write Sequence name in that key...i dont know how to create keys for Notes...
i am using 3dsmax5...
