3ds Max version 5 trial?!

hi guys i would like to know where i can download 3ds max version 5?
Because i read that i only can model with version 4 & 5 not with later versions.
I need your help >.<
I modeled a model with the 2009 version. Can i import it to version 5?!
Please help me!

When you export it to 3ds or sth else you can import it to older versions.

You can get a version of 3dsmax 5 only on ebay or on a illegal way.

no old trials?! :/ i dont want to download it illegal -.- but i dont want to buy it either^^

can i model with blender, too? Or is there a possibility to model with the new 3ds max version and convert it (anyhow) to an old version?! its silly

as he said, of course you can, just export your model as .3ds format...
as for 3ds max 5, it's pretty much a goner, you can't find it by any means (even in the dark side). You missed if by 5 years.
Alternatives: milkshape, oink's verex modifier, magos's model editor and gmax + newer versions of max via dex exporter, but if you ask me the latter is more trouble than it's worth.
