1. How can i edit this (picture below)



2. Can you convert this as a Loading Screen? (Picture below with attachment)

Go to Advanced tab in Warcraft III World Editor
Go to Game Interface
Scroll to "Text - General - '|Cff00ff00No Upkeep'
Edit that field and the rest below, High Upkeep 2, 3, and so on

2. Import as 'Fullscreen.blp'.

Somethings wrong on the loading screen it only shows black

BLP Lab must've stuffed up. Maybe this will work.

You didn't import it correctly. Find the 'Fullscreen.blp' file and remove 'war3mapImported\' from it.
