Dunno where this exact skin comes from, but you may try this or this

because if you change the tiny to all 0 0 0 and he get attacked like frost arrow his color will be back to firelord

this skin has good detail and highlights. tinting it 0-0-0 would get it monochrome black w/o any details at all
