Is there any Ability that works on right-click and is not rally/move/attack/patrol ?
Is there a way to detect a player´s mouse position?

You can trigger a certain order to be such, use the event "A unit is issued an order with a target", you can toggle between unit, point and no target.
Next use the condition "(Issued order) equal to Order(smart)". Smart means the right-click thing.
