How do you make i so you dont need a start point. 2: how do you make cutsenes?

You always need a starting location for every player. If you don't want them to spawn any units or buildings, go to the Trigger Editor and delete the Melee Initialization trigger.

Cutscenes are relatively easy to do. Check the "Cinematics" tutorial by Bob27.
