2 problems:

First, I can't get the 4th panel to appear in game. I created it the same way as the other 3 and I'm certain the path is correct (again, the same as other 3), but it won't show.

Second, I notice the image for the second panel is being cutoff about 300 pixels up from the bottom. My alpha channel and image line up correctly, so I'm wondering if there is a mask from another image preventing the panel from showing any further up, or is there a limit as to how many pixels the bottom portion of the image in that panel will display.

Attatched is a screenshot and the .blp for the 4th panel.

For the 4th panel, be sure to recheck your alpha channels. You may want to consider removing them or redoing them. Often times alpha channels can screw up and won't allow the skin to be displayed. You can also try converting it to .BLP format again. (from the original image) Sometimes the conversion might make a mistake.

As for the 2nd panel, I'm not sure. Try checking to see if the neighboring panels contain that portion. Maybe you are supposed to skin that one instead for the bottom portion.
