1. I'm not sure if this is an actual bug, but a friend of mine has an assassin and leveled that talent in which there is the no-ms restriction when you're in stealth mode. Well, we tested if the assassin was moving at the same speed as I was, and we realize when the assassin is on stealth mode there is a slight ms reduction. This also gave me the idea of requesting for an MS indicator showing on the stats window, but I also think it's kind of unuseful too. I'll leave it to you.

2. I was doing the quests on single player mode with a crusader. At this moment I don't recall the quest name, but it's the one where you have you kill a knight on Mytagras, it's the tattered document quest I think. Thing is when I talked to High Lord Varatraz and gave me the reward item (Insignia of the defender or something like that) I saw that it only boosted +7 armor, and not +10 as it is shown on the description.

i totally agreeeeeeeeeeeee with this,
sometimes i wonder why i dont see MS n AS in my stat.

MS indicator is urgently needed..!!
i noticed several classes have different MS,
and also base MS on sin, before n after talent,
ranger with felines..

might aswell adding equip opt with +MS opt in the future..!!

There is no MS display because MS can only be altered by slow effects, feline reflexes and stealth.
MS can not be altered with AGI or any item, so I don't see a reason to keep track of it.

The talent is not bugged. It just does not reduce the movement speed penalty to exactly zero. This is a wc3 bug that I could not fix. But it's very close to the same movement speed so it doesn't really matter.
