Another icon that i plan to use for my map, I spent lot of time on this icon and yet Im not too pleased with it but I dont know how to fix it... so here, someone might find it fitting.
Fixed it I kinda like it now.

Wow, well I really like it, but I would rate a 4/5.
About the thing you don't know how to fix. I'm pretty sure you are talking about the fingers, they are too thin, and they don't make the human "arc". With "arc" I mean: look at your hand, they form an "arc".
You could also add a background, a soft one imo.

Look at the length of your own fingers, try to mimic the lengths. Right now the lengths on the fingers are equal.
