1.2A (2) bugs

1) Unable to reset talents from Mythagas NPC
2) The bridge where casimir is at is slightly bugged, chars go under the bridge then float up to the surface again when crossing
3) Blessed Bandana (monk reward item from escort quest) gives 10 AP instead of 10 AR as listed.
