¿What is the best moment to get the exp reward from a quest?

Well. Just what the title says. There is a max lvl where I could get the full exp reward of a quest without any penalization, but I can't remember what lvl it is, I think it is +2 lvls of suggested lvl of the quest, but I would like to know it for sure.

I believe its 5. So if a quest is level 5, you can exp for it all the way up to level 10. This is slightly different than mob killing as if you're level 5, you can only get exp from mobs up to level 9.

Yes you can get experience from quests +/- 5 levels. to expand on what box said the level 5 quest will grant experience anywhere between levels 1-10. Mobs/creeps grant experience only in a range of +/- 4.
