Hey, so I've attached some models in their original and Magos' calculated extents form. The latter crash the editor for some reason and @YourArthas told me they can't be loaded in Mdlvis.
Any other programs or means out there to calculate extents so that the models won't suddenly appear on...

So I sat down with Magos' Model Editor, took a geoset to experiment with and got to work.

I'm editing Priestess of Moon to be unmounted, hovering unit.
Just one thing bothers me - the wierd moving hank of texture under the Priestess (looks like the tiger's texture).
As you can see, there's nothing on the Model Editor. I don't know how to delete this thing.
I added sound to the model when it attacks, but thats not the problem, just by opening the model and saving it, its size is decreased by a few KB's and a texture that was invisible is now visible ingame... which looks bad.
