Renzokuken v1.0

Spell is not MUI, it is a campaign spell. [still trying to removing the damn "wait"]

We always see Omnislash... why dont we see any Lionheart? LOLx...

That's my purpose... to create this special & unique skill.

Here's what i've created, a tribute to Final Fnatasy VIII; Squall Leonheart's Renzokuken.

Renzokuken v1.0
(1) Caster (Squall) starts the spell, similar to the average Omnislash, the caster strikes the targeted unit for 7 times, dealing 50 damage, before casting 3 different skills.
(2) After the 7 slashes, the caster will randomly perform 3 skills:

[rough divide] - strikes 500 damage to the targeted unit & knock all enemy units around the caster far far away
[fated circle] - strikes the area with 500 damage
[blasting zone] - the caster lines up a path of destruction, dealing 700 damage to all enemies in line, if the unit is too close to the caster, they will be knock away, taking very very minor damage.

(4) If the caster hp is below, 1k, the caster will initialize the Ultimate Attack, "LIONHEART". The caster will 1st goes into a trance, similar to the original FF Squall, casting Aura. On the next cast of the Renzokuken spell, the caster will have a significant increase of chance to cast Lionheart. Lionheart - a 21 slash at the target, each dealing 50 damage, & if the target unit is below 750 hp, prepare for an eye-melting visual effect.

Humm, this is an omnislash whit a knockback at the end and sometime there's a strange "fire ray", for the originality, this is quite bad. Secondly , this isn't MUI. For finishing, remove the caster's model, this is an uneeded import.

Well Klingo, if you have been playing FFVIII you would know, what's the wierd fire ray... xD

I'll let you all know, if you havent played FVIII before.

there's 4 different skills, rough divide, fated circle, blasting zone and Lionheart. All four skill is random only after the initial Renzokuken slash, which is very simillar to the Omnislash Cloud used in FFVII or Advent Children, & Dissidia.

Cloud & Squall are one of the more famous hero of the FF series to uses many many slashes at the target, including Tidus. I only followed the original FFVIII Renzokuken & the random chances of initializing each skill. Since Rough Divide is the mostly casted skill in FFVIII thn Lionheart, well, you mostly will cast that then Lionheart.

*the only thing i added a twist, is the knockback & the condition to initialize Lionheart, since it's very very powerfull* knockback is beneficial to the caster, as ur invulnarable whn casting & may land in hostile territories... which is not so good if ur caster (squall) is in very low hp, hence the knockback in rough divide, blasting zone, & lionheart.

Well , the "fire ray" is alot different from the one in the video lol

ya i know... i coundt find a more suitable red light path thingy... they are just not pillar enough... dont worry. I am still learning & updating the spell. Will fix them soon.

hehe lmao, this is a great spell. I don't care if it doesn't get approved because i beleive that if this exists in a map, it must only exist for one hero as it's a unique FF VIII skill which i loved like a maniac.

Though the model of the hero is gay, you could use a blademaster model.
using the dummy.mdx model was pretty smart imo because you can shift its angle, making the slash vertical or horizontal or giving it any angle of effect you want. Keeping it very very cool.

The Lionheart execution is kind of lame and gay as your hero gets stuck w/e happens. You need some conditions on it while it's being executed.

This is great imo, +rep

LOL! I am actually hoping the lionheart to be a slowdown execution... for eye candy... well... i do not know what else to do with it... any suggestions?

ok... i actually have a HD squall model... but i'm not gonna include it in this spell, as it violates Hive rules & blademaster is just too common... (usually associated wif Omnislash)... i wish i could have the real squall model included wif this spell... that would be great!

I always get stuck at lion heart where he keeps repeating the final move over and over again. I think it is some problem with the 18+ loop, I added a condition to check if the unit was still alive and it worked alright. I really like this spell, please fix it. I would like this more if it had AOE and was in mid air, can I edit it? As for blasting zone, I would rather use the blue beam from dragon ball.

I have made no changes to the sfx and wait stuff, but I have made changes for my map:
-deleted Blasting Zone
-added chances of lion heart with each level of skill
-made fate circle and lion heart involve air
-made final attack damage of lion heart increase with level
-made it stop repeating the final move by checking if the target is dead
-somehow it is a little more difficult to import into map than before, but I got it to work in my map
Sorry if I did something wrong.
