This is an infocard!!!!! It doesn't need a DISBTN icon. You use it as a Caster-Upgrate-Art icon.

I think he means that it needs a version without the box, like most other infocards use as their "DISBTNs," so add that to it. I think he also knows that this is an infocard. If not, he'll just get laughed at for his lack of knowledge...
