A classic tower defence style map with a heavy emphasis on strategy. Players must defend two lanes from thirty waves of enemies using mercenaries, leaders, towers, blacksmiths, fletchers, and more.
One laneway will have a mix of allied refugees fleeing for the safety your walls can provide and your typical monsters. There are a number of towers available for simply killing the enemies, like any good tower defense, but what about the refugees? This map adds in some interesting new TD options such as healing towers, speed boosters, and even more specialized units, like towers that can heal and attack simultaneously.
On the other lane, things get a little more interesting and stray from the typical TD layout. Each player can have up to twenty-eight units and a leader. These twenty-eight units can be any combination of units the user feel suits them best. Longbowmen, Footmen, Axemen, Militia, Servants, Rock Thrower, Archers, Skirmishers, Cavaliers, Knights, Mounts, and Archmages are just the beginning of your options. Eachhave additional research available for them and can be combined with any of the thirteen different leaders to maximum effectiveness.
There's no reason to use the same strategy twice. Although this game works with a solo system (each player has their own lives and area), but different mercenaries become available depending on your other players' leader choices.
Feel free to give it a try and leave feedback. This game is still very much in beta mode. I have tested it online many times, but I'm sure there are still bugs to be found.
