Elwynn Forest Timber Wolf

This bundle is marked as pending. It has not been reviewed by a staff member yet.
An HD wolf model ported from World of Warcraft and adapted for Warcraft III, with a custom texture (a clean grey timber coat). Cleaned up so it renders correctly in WC3 and in Hive's 3D viewer. Part of my Warcraft 3 Plus project (Elwynn Forest). All original art belongs to Blizzard.

Elwynn Forest Timber Wolf (Model)

Hey bro, your Elwynn Forest Timber Wolf models aren't showing up for me, what do I do? :peasant-sad:  :wsad:
Hey, no worries — it's an import-path thing, easy fix! 🐺

The pack has 3 files: the model + 2 textures (frostwolf.blp and wolfskintimberalpha.blp). The model won't show until both textures are imported at the exact
paths it expects. This is the part people usually miss:

1. Import all 3 files into the Import Manager (model + both .blp).

2. Set the texture paths EXACTLY like this (right-click each import → Modify File Properties / Set Path):
- frostwolf.blp
- wow\creature\wolf\wolfskintimberalpha.blp ← this one keeps the folder path!

WE auto-adds a war3mapImported\ prefix — delete that prefix so the paths match the two above exactly. If wolfskintimberalpha.blp isn't at wow\creature\wolf\…,
the model can't find it and won't render.

3. It's a Reforged model, so you need Warcraft III: Reforged (it won't load on old Classic 1.26/1.27). Make sure you're saving the map in Reforged.

4. Save & fully reload the map, then set the unit's Art – Model File to the imported model.

That texture path (wow\creature\wolf\) is 95% the issue. If it's still missing after that, screenshot your Import Manager and I'll check it. 👍
